The Pizza Company Blackpool

Who Are The Pizza Company…

The Pizza Company Blackpool on Facebook.
For over 6 months now rumours have been running wild about a new pizza shop due to open in marton, opposite the cherry tree pub. It’s called The Pizza Company and for a while – no-one knew when it was going to open.

Tuesday the 5th of February is the short answer.

New to Blackpool – The Pizza Company has already established itself as a near household name in lytham and st. Annes and for good reason – their pizzas are the closest thing to a real italian thin and crispy that you can get around here. This is a locally owned family business and is proud to be trading in the local area.

The Facilities

The shop has been fully customised with literally no expense spared – this has had more thought put into it than most franchise operations – the attention to detail behind the scenes is astonishing. All the equipment is brand new and state of the art, everything is shiny and the front of house is finished in brushed copper and stained wood whih gives a very urban feel to the place.

You can tell as soon as you walk in that these people mean business. Their dough is freshly made, sized perfectly for their 13 or 16 inch pizzas – larger than most you’ll get round here by far. All f the toppings are top quality as you would expect from any serious pizza outfit. You can get the usual accompaniments like wings and garlic breads AND they even stock Ben and Jerry’s in a branded fridge.

Exclusive

We want our readers to be the first to know about this exciting new business venture in our fair town – and here’s what we thought about our pizzas.

The 16 inch Peri Peri Chicken Pizza

Truly a great pizza. The base was so thin and perfect it was a delight to bite. The caramelised red onions were very flavourful and the chicken was a fair sized strip that looked like it had been cut fresh from a breast. The pizza came with cherry tomatoes which really added to the flavour unlike your usual slice of tomato – this gave a real juicy addition to the mouthful. The pizza was topped with mozzarella and a drizzle of peri peri sauce which gave just the right amount of dazzle on the tongue without causing harm or distress.

The 10 inch Garlic Bread with Mozzarella

Precisely the same base, firm and crisp but not at all dry – smothered in the finest garlic flavour and topped with mozzarella – this bread was worth ordering 2 of to be honest it’s that good.

You’ll be hard pressed to find a more stylish pizza outlet in the Northwest – the team that has brought t this business together has really thought about every aspect of this and looks set to create great quality pizzas to the people of Blackpool for years to come.
