A man has been stabbed at Carleton Crematorium today. The man, believed to be in his 40s was attending a funeral service this afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the scene at 1:45pm today where they attended to a victim who had been stabbed in the shoulder and chest.
He was taken to Blackpool Victoria Hospital where his condition is said to be stable.
A 37 year old man is being held in custody after already being arrested under suspicion of attempted murder.
