Storm Brendan is headed in from the atlantic and The Met office are warning that some parts of the UK could be set or 70MPH winds and heavy rain.
A yellow warning for wind has been issued for a 14 hour period covering the west coast of the UK and Ireland.
The storm could cause delays to travel routes and possible power outages.
The station roof at Preston was damaged earlier causing some delays on routes passing through.
Schools in the Western Isles have issued closures many bus and ferry services are also affected.
The Met Office Yellow Warning runs from 10AM until Midnight on Monday.
Three more yellow warnings are in place for Tuesday including one for snow and Ice in Scotland.
