A new mural has appeared on the side of a house on Milbourne street in Blackpool and it’s got people asking – is it a Banksy?
We sent our photographer down earlier today to take a look at the piece which depicts a child with a yellow umbrella either floating in the wind or blown away.
Residents on the street told us that a tarpaulin could be seen covering the area last night and when they checked this morning the new work had been completed and revealed for all to see.
It’s not yet known if this is an authentic Banksy but our colleagues at Lancs Live are chasing that one up for us.
