Poulton Library, funded by Lancashire County council, has suffered a short closure.  It was suddenly closed a few weeks ago due to structural damage.  Quite often, we see council funded establishments such as this being closed for lengthy periods during to funding cuts causing a loss to the community of Continue Reading
